External Applicants to Sixth Form

Applications for entry into Sixth Form for September 2026 will reopen on GCSE Results Day, 20 August 2026. 

Students wishing to apply on results day should select three courses from the subject blocks above and submit their applicaiton using the Applicaa link above. 

Please note, external applicants are also required to submit the Sixth Form Supplementary Information Form 2026-2027 below.

Sixth Form Course Guide for 2026 entry

Our Sixth Form Open Event for 2026 entry has now concluded. Please refer to the Sixth Form Course Guide below for full details about the application process, course choices and how to select your subject options. Students must enter three subject choices, plus a reserve - in preference order - 1 being first choice and 4 being the reserve. Students who wish to study four subjects should include this in their application.

16-19 Bursary

Students who are eligible for Pupil Premium, or who receive free school meals, should apply for the 16-19 Bursary. This allows students access to funding for textbooks, laptops, school clothes and educational trips, such as university visits. The Bursary can also be provided for a temporary change in financial circumstances. If you would like more information about the 16-19 Bursary, please contact Mrs Muir-Goldberg, Sixth Form Development Supervisor on LMuir-Goldberg@sgschool.org.uk
