Assistant Headteacher - Behaviour & Safeguarding - Full-time
We wish to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour & Safeguarding to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, inclusive and high-performing school culture. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership of behaviour, pastoral systems and safeguarding, ensuring the highest standards of conduct, welfare and child protection across the school. As the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), they will take overall responsibility for safeguarding and child protection, working closely with staff, external agencies and families to support vulnerable pupils and promote strong educational outcomes. The role also includes leading and developing pastoral teams, embedding consistent behaviour systems, driving staff training and fostering a culture rooted in dignity, respect and the school’s Catholic ethos. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and resilient leader with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong moral purpose and a commitment to ensuring every student feels safe, supported and able to succeed.

Teacher of Maths & Head of Statistics
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Maths and Head of Statistics to support the delivery of outstanding teaching and learning across the maths curriculum, with a particular focus on statistics. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to raising student achievement.
The Teacher of Maths and Head of Statistics will work closely with the Head of Maths to support the development of teaching, learning and assessment within the department. They will deliver high-quality lessons, contribute to curriculum planning, and lead on the development of statistics resources and schemes of work across Key Stages 4 and 5.
The role includes monitoring student progress through effective use of data, supporting colleagues in improving practice, and contributing to departmental leadership, including staff development, student behaviour, and the day-to-day running of the department.

Teacher of Psychology and Criminology (Sixth Form) - Full-time/Part-time
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and well-qualified Teacher of Psychology and Criminology to join our thriving Sixth Form. The successful candidate will be a passionate specialist with strong subject knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.
The Teacher of Psychology and Criminology will work closely with the Head of Department to deliver engaging A Level lessons and support the continued development of the curriculum.
- Will teach A Level Psychology within the Sixth Form, fostering critical thinking and independent learning
- Will contribute to curriculum development and the growth of post-16 provision
- Ability to teach Sociology would be desirable to support future curriculum flexibility
- Will use assessment effectively to monitor progress and secure strong student outcomes
- Will act as a Form Tutor, supporting students’ academic progress, wellbeing, and post-18 pathways including UCAS and careers guidance
- Will contribute to the wider life of the Sixth Form and uphold the school’s ethos, safeguarding responsibilities, and high expectations for all students

The role involves organising and delivering practical resources for Biology, Chemistry, and Physics lessons, ensuring all activities are safely and effectively prepared.
The postholder will oversee health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and the safe handling of equipment and chemicals. They will also manage stock, maintain laboratory spaces, and support staff to ensure continuity in high-quality teaching and learning. Strong organisational skills, knowledge of laboratory procedures, and the ability to work independently are essential.
