Our Catholic Life
Our school's community is named after St Gregory the Great. He was a Pope, a monk and a Doctor of the Church. His faith was strong and he spoke out against pride, advocating humility. His deep faith, wisdom and service to God and the Church are a powerful example of how one person can make a significant impact on the world through their devotion to God and their willingness to serve others. As a school, we strive to emulate his attributes of: Faithfulness, Humility, Service, Wisdom and Justice.
We reflect on the values proclaimed by Jesus Christ in the Beatitudes:
- Faithfulness & Integrity
- Dignity & Compassion
- Humility & Gentleness
- Truth & Justice
- Forgiveness & Mercy
- Purity & Holiness
- Tolerance & Peace
- Service & Sacrifice
