Last Friday our sixth formers had a PJ day to raise money in aid of Action Aid. Even some members of staff joined in too!

This is what one of our sixth formers told us:

'We thought it would be a bit of fun to do a pyjama themed fundraising event in support for action aid! Action aid supports women and children suffering in humanitarian crisis.

We strongly believe this charity saves lives which is why we were extremely eager to raise money and make a difference.

Additionally, we sold cakes to other students and staff (beautifully made by our lead student team) which went down very well. In the end, we managed to raise a pleasing £149.95 for charity and overall, everyone had a great day'.

Well done and congratulations to all our sixth formers who participated and raised this fantastic amount of money for such a worthy cause.
